The carriage assembly travels by means of precisely machined Nylon Rollers which are fitted with high quality ball bearing. The entire carriage is dust proof with no oiling required making it smooth and noise less workout. The large wooden platform absorbs shock on body joints .It is machined to make it non slippery and coated with 4 to 5 coats of mat melamine giving it protection from wear and tear and gives it a classic look. The desired weight can be loaded on four angular weight bars which retain weight during exercise.
